De Nijmeegse Studenten Roeivereniging Phocas is een studenten-roeivereniging uit de Nederlandse stad Nijmegen. De vereniging werd op 1 mei 1947 opgericht om het Nijmeegse studentenleven nieuw leven in te blazen en werd als onmisbaar attribuut beschouwd voor het streven van het Nijmeegs Studenten Corps naar opname in de rij van de erkende Nederlandse corpora. Phocas, dan wel de vereniging waar ze onderdeel van uitmaakte, is uiteindelijk niet in deze rij opgenomen. Hierom is haar vlag vaak terug te vinden bij de nationale wedstrijden op de achtste vlaggenmast. Sinds haar oprichting roeien haar leden op regionaal, landelijk niveau en zo nu en dan op internationaal niveau. Zo haalde Nelleke Penninx in 2000 zilver op de Olympische Spelen in Sydney met de bondsdames acht. Vier jaar later haalde Annemarieke van Rumpt brons in Athene met de Dames Holland Acht en in 2008 zilver in Peking.
