Tussen het oude dorp Blaricum en de nieuwbouwwijk op de oude meenten ligt een natuurgebied. 't Harde heeft een oppervlakte van 15 ha. Nergens in Nederland zijn de krentenbomen zo uitbundig aanwezig als in 't Harde. Tijdens hun korte bloeiperiode in april, veranderen ze het gebied in een bloemenzee. In het najaar kleuren ze prachtig rood.
