Jeruzalem of Gerkesklooster was een mannenklooster in het Friese dorp Gerkesklooster dat er ook zijn naam aan te danken heeft. Hoewel in 1240 gesticht als een premonstratenzer klooster, veranderde het in 1249 in een dochterklooster van het cisterciënzer klooster Klaarkamp bij Rinsumageest. Het klooster was gewijd aan Maria en Benedictus. In 1580 werd het klooster opgeheven en in 1594 werden alle gebouwen met uitzondering van de brouwerij afgebroken. Dit gebouw werd in 1629 herbestemd en ging fungeren als de hervormde kerk van Gerkesklooster.
