Het orgel van de Grote Kerk in Nijkerk is een kerkorgel dat in 1756 gebouwd werd door Matthijs van Deventer voor de Grote of Sint-Catharinakerk in de Nederlandse plaats Nijkerk.
Het behoort tot de top van de historische orgels in Nederland. De klank is voller dan men zou verwachten bij een orgel van 23 registers. Dit komt mede doordat de zijkanten van het orgel opengewerkt zijn. Het wordt beschreven als een veelzijdig instrument.
