Voorne-Putten beslaat een gebied in de Nederlandse provincie Zuid-Holland tussen het Haringvliet, het Spui, de Oude Maas en het Brielse Meer, direct ten zuiden van het haven- en industriegebied van de Rijnmond. Het dubbeleiland bestaat uit de eilanden Voorne en Putten. Deze waren ten gevolge van de verzanding van de Bernisse vanaf de 15e eeuw aan elkaar gegroeid en vervolgens door middel van bruggen, tunnels en dammen met de rest van de provincie verbonden. De Bernisse is in de jaren 1970 uitgebaggerd en opnieuw verbreed. Er liggen vier gemeenten op het dubbeleiland met in totaal ruim 150.000 inwoners .
