Hotel Breukelen is een viersterrenhotel en wegrestaurant van de Van der Valk-keten. Het is gelegen naast de snelweg A2 bij Breukelen op loopafstand van het station. Het opvallende gebouw dateert uit circa 1985 en is vanaf de snelweg goed te zien. Het is gebouwd in een Chinese stijl, zoals het Chinese keizerlijk paleis uit de Verboden Stad in Peking. Aan de binnenzijde ontbreekt de Chinese stijl en is het een traditioneel Van der Valk restaurant. Vanaf 2019 verloor het, na een verbouwing, ook aan de buitenzijde de Chinese stijl.
