De Karnemelksbrug is een vaste plaatbrug over de Nieuwe Rijn tussen de Hartesteeg en het Gangetje in de binnenstad van de Nederlandse stad Leiden. De brug grenst aan de Botermarkt, en het brugdek wordt nog steeds als marktterrein gebruikt.
De Karnemelksbrug is een liggerbrug met twee pijlers. De landhoofden en de pijlers zijn bekleed met metselwerk. De middenopening is gedekt met I-liggers met stampbetonvulling en gietasfaltdek. De zij-overspanningen zijn afgedekt met gewapend beton, stampbeton, zand en klinkers.
