De Woudenbergse dorpskerk, met kerkhof staat op een rechthoekig stuk grond omsloten door een brede sloot. Bij de restauratie in 1988 werden stukken muur gevonden die gemaakt leken te zijn van stenen uit de 14 eeuw. Al in 1309 stond op deze plaats een kapel.
De toren dateert uit de 15e eeuw en in de klokkenstoel hangen nog twee oude luidklokken, één vermoedelijk uit het begin van de 15de eeuw en de andere werd door Henricus de Borch gegoten in 1512.
