De Lange Juffer is een heuvel met het meeste hoogteverschil in Midden-Nederland. De Lange Juffer bestaat nagenoeg geheel uit fietspad, dat in 2005 is verbreed tot 2 meter (betonfietspad). Deze laan loopt van het Hof te Dieren naar een Jachthuis in/aan de Imbos. Juffer duidt hier op een vroegere klasse-indeling van naaldhout: een juffer is een stam die de volgende afmetingen had: lengte 15-30 voet (4-8 meter), en een diameter aan de top van 6-12 centimeter.
