Plein 1813, tot 1863 Willemplein, is het onafhankelijkheidsplein in Den Haag. Het plein ligt in het midden van de wijk Willemspark op de kruising van de Alexanderstraat en de Sophialaan. Midden op het plein staat een monument.
Op het plein (een ovale rotonde) staat het monument ter nagedachtenis aan de overwinning op Napoleon, het einde van de Franse tijd in Nederland, de onafhankelijkheid en de stichting van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden in 1813. De eerste steen werd op 17 november 1863 gelegd.[1] door Koning Willem III. De naam van het plein werd toen veranderd van Willemsplein naar Plein 1813.
