Stroe is een dorp in de gemeente Barneveld, in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland. Het dorp heeft, inclusief de omgeving, 1500 inwoners (2004).
Het dorp is gelegen aan de spoorlijn Amersfoort-Apeldoorn, nabij de A1, op de grens van de Veluwe en de Gelderse Vallei. Tussen 1881 en 1937 had Stroe een treinstation. Het ten zuidwesten van het dorp gelegen buurtschap Garderbroek, behoort ook tot Stroe.
In Stroe bevindt zich dorpshuis De Hofstee. Verder zijn in Stroe onder andere een garage en een pannenkoekenhuis gevestigd.
Stroe is waarschijnlijk één van de oudste nederzettingen van Nederland.
