Stroe ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Barneveld, in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Das Dorf hat, einschließlich der Umgebung, 1500 Einwohner (2004).
Das Dorf liegt an der Bahnlinie Amersfoort-Apeldoorn, nahe der A1, an der Grenze zwischen der Veluwe und dem Gelderland-Tal. Zwischen 1881 und 1937 hatte Stroe einen Bahnhof. Das im Südwesten des Dorfes gelegene Kirchspiel Garderbroek gehört ebenfalls zu Stroe.
In Stroe befindet sich das Dorfgemeinschaftshaus De Hofstee. Des Weiteren sind in Stroe unter anderem eine Garage und ein Pfannkuchenhaus ansässig.
Stroe ist wahrscheinlich eine der ältesten Siedlungen in den Niederlanden.
