Bentwoud is een natuur- en recreatiegebied tussen Zoetermeer, Hazerswoude, Boskoop en Moerkapelle. Het gebied werd geopend op 18 juni 2016.
Oorspronkelijk was gepland om een gebied van 1300 ha om te vormen naar bos met veel ruimte voor recreatie. Het plan dat twintig jaar in ontwikkeling was, werd door ernstige bezuinigingen getroffen. Anno 2012 was 750 hectare aangekocht en nog maar 250 hectare met bomen ingeplant. In 2016 bestond het uit ruim 800 hectare.
