Het staat op de 5e plek van hoogste gebouwen in Eindhoven. De architecten zijn Van Aken Architectuur en Stedenbouw. Het gebouw bevindt aan het Kennedyplein in Eindhoven, op de kruising Fellenoord met de Kennedylaan, naast het busstation Neckerspoel.
