Havik 11 vormt één huis met nummer 13. In 1976 woonde er iemand in het pand met interesse voor de VOC, die heeft een windvaan in de vorm van een schip op het dak gezet en het huis Brielle genoemd. Daardoor wordt er vaak van het VOC-huis gesproken, terwijl er niet echt een directe link is met dat stukje geschiedenis. Minder mooi wordt het huis er niet om, het is niet voor niets een rij
