De Lourdeskapel met Lourdesgrot dateert uit 1913 en staat voor de in 2005 gesloten O.L. Vrouw van Lourdeskerk aan de Berkenbosch Blokstraat. Het kapelgedeelte achter het altaar herbergt een getrouwe kopie op een schaal van 1:13 van de grot bij Lourdes in Zuid-Frankrijk waar Maria, de moeder van Jezus, in 1858 aan Bernadette Soubirous zou zijn verschenen.
De kapel is dagelijks geopend van 9-18 uur. Rozenkransgebed de tweede zaterdag van de maand, 11 uur. Mis met de Franstalige parochie Tous les Saints op de eerste zaterdag, 11 uur.
