De Oosterkerk in de Nederlandse gemeente Zeist maakte tot 2004 deel uit van de Gereformeerde Kerken in Nederland, sinds dat jaar is ze onderdeel van de Protestantse Kerk in Nederland . De kerk staat aan de Woudenbergseweg 44, hoek Laantje Zonder Eind. Het in 1936 geopende gebouw is ontworpen door architect B.W. Plooij. De kerkelijke gemeente die het Godshuis gebruikt is in 1887 ontstaan uit een samengang van twee afsplitsingen van de Nederlandse Hervormde Kerk. In 1989 werd de basis gelegd voor de huidige visie en missie van de kerk.
