Oostmahorn is een dorp in de gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân, in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland. Het valt onder het dorp Anjum.
Het ligt ten noordoosten van Engwierum en oostelijk van Anjum, aan het Lauwersmeer. De dorpskern ligt ingeklemd tussen het Lauwersmeer en een drietal recreatieparken. Lange tijd vormde het een buurtschap onder Anjum, maar in 2006 kreeg het de status van dorp.
