Oostmahorn è un villaggio nel comune di Noardeast-Fryslân, nella provincia olandese della Frisia. Fa parte del villaggio di Anjum.
Si trova a nord-est di Engwierum e a est di Anjum, lungo il Lauwersmeer. Il centro del villaggio è incastrato tra il Lauwersmeer e tre parchi ricreativi. Per lungo tempo ha costituito una frazione sotto Anjum, ma nel 2006 ha ottenuto lo status di villaggio.
