Noordgouwe is een dorp in de gemeente Schouwen-Duiveland, in de Nederlandse provincie Zeeland, met 790 inwoners, per 1 januari 2021. Het is aangewezen als beschermd dorpsgezicht, een van de beschermde stads- en dorpsgezichten in Zeeland. Tot 1961 vormde Noordgouwe een eigen gemeente waartoe ook Schuddebeurs behoorde, daarna heeft het tot 1997 bij de gemeente Brouwershaven gehoord.
