Waterlandkerkje, gelegen in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen en daarmee een landje apart.
Op steenworp afstand van de mooie kust waar de vissers ons moois uit de zee brengen,
op pad hier naartoe passeren ze de akkers en weilanden waar onze andere producten groeien en bloeien.
We kunnen niet beter zitten dan in dit bourgondisch stukje Nederland alhoewel we ons soms ook wel even Vlaming voelen, kortom het beste van 2 werelden.
Ons menu bestaat uit het beste van dit moment, afwisselend, anders, maar met klassiekers als basis, met soms een uitstapje naar de
mooie Franse en Vlaamse keuken.
Maar stiekem blijven we gewoon lekker hier.
Want het is hier zo fijn.
