Het landgoed ligt in Vijlen buurtgemeenschap Rott. Het omvat een woonboerderij met twee vakantiehuisjes, een grote hoogstam boomgaard met onder meer kersen, appel, pruimen en perenbomen. Vanuit de boomgaard is er een fraai uitzicht over de wijngaard van wijndomein Sint Martinus met de toren van de Sint Martinuskerk in de verte. De huisjes zijn geschikt voor 5 (huisje Hemel) en 3 (huisje Aarde) personen respectievelijk. De gasten kunnen gebruik maken van de heerlijke buiten terrassen.
