Gasterij De Nieuwe Hoef ligt op een unieke plek, prachtig verscholen in de bossen van Gorp. Om de rust van de natuur (en de verlegen reetjes) niet te verstoren is de Nieuwe Hoef enkel op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag open voor passanten van 10.00 uur tot 18.00 uur. Mocht je op zoek zijn naar een historisch perfect bewaarde boerderij uit 1641 – met twee bedstedes, open haard en keukentje – voor bijvoorbeeld een besloten feest, heerlijk buffet, high tea, afscheid of vergadering, dan is De Nieuwe Hoef zeven dagen per week af te huren. Hiervoor geldt de exclusiviteit van de zaterdag- en zondagopening dus niet. Daarnaast organiseert de gasterij diverse muziekavonden mét diner.
