Manpadroute van de ANWB

Aan de binnenduinrand fietst u langs een lint van weelderige buitenplaatsen, waaronder het 18e-eeuwse Huis te Manpad. Al eeuwen wordt in dit duingebied water gewonnen; eerst tapten Haarlemse brouwers zuiver duinwater uit de Brouwerskolk, sinds 1853 voorzien de Waterleidingduinen onze hoofd­stad van drinkwater.
