São Martinho do Porto is een freguesia in de gemeente Alcobaça en in de Oeste-regio van Portugal. De bevolking in 2011 was 2.868, in een oppervlakte van 14,64 km². Het was een stad en zetel van de county tot 1855. De regio, gevormd door de Serra da Pescaria en de Bouro-berg, was in geologische tijden een enkel eiland. Toen het werd verdeeld, ontstond de baai van São Martinho do Porto.
