De Kerk van Santa Clara is een katholiek tempel gelegen in de parochie Sé, in de stad Porto, Portugal. Het interieur is bekleed met een van de beste voorbeelden van barokke vergulding. Het werd in 1910 geclassificeerd als Nationaal Monument. Het maakt deel uit van het geheel van het Historisch Centrum van Porto, dat in 1996 door UNESCO als Werelderfgoed is geclassificeerd.
