Deze kapel beeldt het Laatste Avondmaal van Jezus met zijn apostelen uit, vlak voor zijn lijden en kruisiging. Binnenin zie je een sculpturale scène van Jezus die met zijn discipelen aan tafel zit. Deze kapel beeldt het moment uit waarop Jezus met zijn twaalf apostelen het Pascha viert en de eucharistie instelt. Dit is een cruciaal moment in het christelijk geloof, want hier kondigt Jezus zijn lijden aan en deelt hij het brood en de wijn als zijn lichaam en bloed.
Het is de eerste van de veertien kruiswegkapellen op de Escadório do Bom Jesus in Braga.
