Töreälven is een Zweedse rivier gelegen in de provincie Norrbottens län. De noord-zuidstromende rivier heeft een stroomgebied van 448,6 km² en een lengte van 79 kilometer. De hevig meanderende rivier ontstaat in een moersgebied ten westen van Överkalix bij het Muggträsket, ongeveer 175 meter boven de zeespiegel. Het stroomt door het Tjäruträsket en andere meren in de omgeving.
