Stadhuis
Het stadhuis, dat in het midden van Östersund ligt, is gebouwd in nationale romantische stijl door Frans Bertil Wallberg. De bouw begon in 1909 en was voltooid in 1912. De toren is 51 meter hoog en wordt gekroond door een windvaan die Sint Joris en de draak toont. Het mechanische carillon bestaat uit 26 klokken en verschillende melodieën zijn te horen om 8.00 uur, 12.00 uur en 16.00 uur.
