Pulau Saigon was een klein eiland in de Singapoerivier. Het bevond zich tussen de oevers van Robertson Quay. Het eiland werd in een kaart uit 1839 weergegeven als een mangrove-moeras. Latere kaarten hebben aangetoond dat het dichter bij de noordelijke oever van de rivier lag. Het werd voor het eerst benoemd als Kampong Saigon op een kaart uit 1878.
