Het station bevindt zich boven de rotonde Hugh J. Grant Circle. Het is gelegen in de wijk The Bronx. Het is geopend op 30 mei 1920 en het eerstvolgende station in westelijke richting is St. Lawrence Avenue. In oostelijke richting is dat Castle Hill Avenue.
Het station bevindt zich op een viaduct. Metrolijn 6 doet het station niet te allen tijde aan. Wanneer de expressdienst van lijn 6 dienst doet, eindigt de localdienst hier.
