Het AEP-gebouw is een 456 voet hoge wolkenkrabber in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. Het werd voltooid in 1983 en heeft 31 verdiepingen. Abramovitz, Harris & Kingsland hebben het gebouw ontworpen in een modernistische architecturale stijl. Het AEP-gebouw is het 8e hoogste gebouw in Columbus. Het dient als het hoofdkantoor van de American Electric Power sinds zij in 1983 verhuisden vanuit New York City.
Voor het gebouw staan twee sculpturen gemaakt door George Greenamyer. De turbine-rotors kwamen van de voormalige Philo Power Plant in Philo, Ohio en de Twin Branch Power Plant in Mishawaka, Indiana.
