Brushton is een dorp in Franklin County, New York, Verenigde Staten. De bevolking was 474 bij de volkstelling van 2010. Het dorp is vernoemd naar Henry Brush, een grondbezitter.
Brushton ligt in de stad Moira en ligt ten westen van Malone, de hoofdplaats van de county. De burgemeester van Brushton is Kevin Pentalow. Burgemeester Pentalow heeft unieke kwalificaties, aangezien hij ook muzikant, auteur en wetshandhavingsfunctionaris is. Hij heeft grote stappen gezet in het verbeteren van het ooit worstelende dorp.
