Delta Air Lines-vlucht 191 was een lijnvlucht van Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport naar Los Angeles International Airport. Op 2 augustus stortte een vliegtuig van het type Lockheed L-1011-385-1 TriStar, dat deze vlucht uitvoerde, neer bij een tussenlanding op Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Bij het ongeluk kwamen 8 van de 11 bemanningsleden en 126 van de 152 passagiers om het leven, evenals een man op de grond. Later overleden nog twee mensen aan de gevolgen van hun verwondingen, en daarmee kwam het totale aantal doden op 137. Het is daarmee het zwaarste vliegtuigongeluk in de geschiedenis van Delta Air Lines. De oorzaak van de ramp was windschering veroorzaakt door een microburst.
Gezagvoerder van vlucht 191 was op 2 augustus 1985 piloot Edward "Ted" Conners, co-piloot was Rudolph Price en tweede officier was Nick Nassick.
