Mamuša is een gemeente in het Kosovaarse district Prizren. Mamuşa is in 2008 afgesplitst van de gemeente Prizren. De gemeente wordt in grote meerderheid bewoond door etnische Turken.
De bevolking van Mamuša is sinds de volkstelling van 1948, toen er 1.352 personen werden geregistreerd, continu toegenomen. Na het uiteenvallen van Joegoslavië en de daaropvolgende Kosovo-oorlog nam het inwonersaantal met ruim 67% toe, vooral als gevolg van binnenlandse migratie. Op 31 december 2019 woonden er naar schatting 5.834 personen in de gemeente.
