Description by the author

De Druivenstreek rond Overijse was altijd al een populaire fietsregio en sinds het WK van Leuven in 2021 behoren hellingen als de Smeysberg en de Moskesstraat zelfs tot het nationaal sporterfgoed. We dachten dat we elke helling inmiddels wel uit ons hoofd kenden, tot ze vorig jaar in de Tour of Leuven – Memorial Jef Scherens plots kwamen aandraven met de Mommaertsstraat. Onbekend is onbemind, dus trokken we op pad om deze helling te verkennen.
