The Meinweg is a national park southeast of Roermond, and also a hamlet just on the border with Germany in the national park.
The road to the hamlet of Meinweg goes straight through the National Park and climbs in three phases over the terraces that were created long ago by the Meuse and by shears on the Peel edge fault. The foot of the road is at 33 meters height, the top at 79 meters height.
Profile of climbing, see: http://heuvelsfietsen.nl/Rest_van_Nederland/Meinweg.php
