The Schaephuysener Höhen is a ridge that lies between the towns of Tönisberg and Oermten, over a length of about 12 kilometers. The ridge was created during the last ice age under the influence of glaciers. Across the ridge are some asphalted/concrete slab roads, so you can string a few climbs in a row.
