The turrets of the Ursuline school and convent complex dominate the skyline of Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Waver. At the beginning of the 20th century, the 'pensionnat de demoiselles' was very popular with the international beau monde. The showpiece is the beautiful winter garden in Art Nouveau style. The young ladies received their parents in style. The impressive dome, furniture, floors, walls and galleries make it an elegant whole.
