Well hidden between the village center of Viersel and the Nete Canal lies Viersels Gebroekt with eye-catching landscapes. A jewel of 30 hectares where both butterflies and sedge warblers as well as geese feel quite at home. The highlight is the 'Broekpad', a marked walking path (4.5 kilometers) that winds through the most beautiful meadow landscapes, from the high and dry village center to the lower-lying Viersels Gebroekt.
