During this walking route, you will discover the green edges of Maastricht. In and around Wolder, once an agricultural municipality with characteristic historic farms, you will follow the walking junction network through a varied landscape. Along the way, you will pass one of the oldest cemeteries in the Netherlands from 1800, with remarkable gravestones, and enjoy views over the Albert Canal. A route where nature, history, and the rural character of the city’s edge come together.
