La catedral de Canterbury és una de les més velles i famoses estructures cristianes a l'est de Kent, Anglaterra. És la Catedral de l'arquebisbe anglicà de Canterbury, el primat de tot Anglaterra i el líder religiós de l'Església d'Anglaterra. Seu de la diòcesi de Canterbury i centre de la religió anglicana. Està inscrita a la llista del Patrimoni de la Humanitat de la UNESCO des del 1988.
El primer arquebisbe de la catedral va ser sant Agustí de Canterbury qui abans havia estat l'abat de l'abadia benedictina de Sant Andreu a Roma, enviat a Anglaterra l'any 597 pel papa Gregori I.
