Die Kleine Scheidegg ist ein Bahnhof, der sich auf dem Gipfel des Passes Kleine Scheidegg im Berner Oberland in der Schweiz befindet. Der Pass beherbergt einen Komplex von Hotels und Eisenbahngebäuden. Administrativ liegt der Bahnhof in der Gemeinde Lauterbrunnen im Kanton Bern.
Der Bahnhof liegt an der Wengernalpbahn, deren Züge von Lauterbrunnen über Wengen und getrennt von Grindelwald zur Kleinen Scheidegg fahren. Es ist auch die Talstation der Jungfraubahn, deren Züge innerhalb des Eigers zum Jungfraujoch fahren. Alle Fahrgäste, die zum Jungfraujoch oder zwischen Lauterbrunnen und Grindelwald reisen, müssen am Bahnhof umsteigen.
