Unsere Konserven werden aus frischen Rohstoffen gekocht, die bei lokalen Erzeugern ausgewählt werden. Frisch auf Bestellung; Besichtigung der Konservenfabrik auf Anfrage. L' Armoire à Conserves wurde 2015 beim Talent Gourmand als "Bester Handwerker Aquitaniens" ausgezeichnet und bringt 2019 eine Produktreihe mit Franck Putelat, dem besten Handwerker Frankreichs 2018, heraus. L' Armoire à Conserves ist Teil des Netzwerks Tourisme Gourmand des Landes. Jeder Botschafter des Netzwerks erfüllt ein strenges Pflichtenheft, dessen Kriterien die Aufmerksamkeit für den Empfang der Gäste, die Aufwertung lokaler Produkte und die Verteidigung von Kurzstreckenkursen thematisieren.
