On the 10.5 km long hike, you will explore the Eggewald in the district of Buke. Part of the trail runs parallel to the Eggeweg, which was awarded as the first German hiking trail in 2004 with the predicate "Quality Trail Hiking in Germany". Shelters and benches along the way invite you to linger. You can start this tour relaxed right from the beginning: travel comfortably by bus from the direction of Paderborn or Bad Driburg, a bus stop is located directly at the starting/finishing point.
