Under the Nuttlar viaduct, the highest highway bridge in NRW, the path leads along the outskirts of Nuttlar. Past the Mariengrotte at Dümel, it goes through a residential area and then past former slate heaps up the Ochsenberg. Here stands a lounge chair with a beautiful view of Nuttlar, the Ruhr Valley, and the Nuttlar viaduct. From the "Kluse" we continue hiking uphill along Christmas tree plantations to the Suhrenberg. Here we walk through a beech forest and later steeply downhill to the "Roh", from where we then return to the starting point at the SGV hut Nuttlar (hiking parking lot "Am Evenkopf").
