Mostly quiet lanes and the Lon Las Menai Cycle track, but one or two sections alongside quite busy roads. End of the route uses part of Lon Las Eifion to reach the Fron Goch Garden Centre, where refreshments can be taken before, as an option, returning along the same route. 12 miles one way
