Along the track to Simpelveld and then the route goes through the beautiful Heuvelland where we enjoy the quiet and beautiful fields and meadows with lovely vistas. Old former lime kilns and a memory of the horrors of the last war fought in this region. But we quickly arrive at the Watermill and the Beemden in Wylre. If no drink has been taken along the way, this can of course be done here at the brewery, but then the route goes back to Kerkrade via Eys and Simpelveld to return again along the track to the starting point.
