El casino de Knokke-Heist tiene algunos puntos artísticos notables, como la escultura 'Eva' de Dodeigne en la plaza frente a la entrada o la mayor lámpara de araña del mundo en el vestíbulo. Aquí cuelgan más de 7 toneladas de cristal veneciano. Las 2000 lámparas crean un ambiente de ensueño. Pero también está el fresco de Keith Haring de 1987, el 'Viaje Legendario' de Paul Delvaux y los tapices de Jean Luçat. Especialmente el mural 'Dominio Encantado' de René Magritte es una joya.
