En la parte superior hay una torre y una gruta , 120 metros sobre el Mosa.
En 1849 se descubrieron en la cueva los huesos de 18 especies de animales prehistóricos .
En la época romana, posiblemente se dedicó un templo rupestre al culto de Diana.
